Sales and Marketing Officer

Position Overview:

SB Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Sales and Marketing officer to assist in developing innovative strategies, engaging with clients, and contributing to marketing campaigns. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

-> Assist in creating and executing marketing campaigns for IT solutions.

-> Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitor analysis.

-> Support the development of marketing materials, presentations, and case studies specific to IT products and services.

-> Interact with clients, follow up on leads, and support sales efforts for IT services and products.

-> Track and analyze campaign performance, preparing reports with actionable insights.

-> Coordinate with technical teams to understand and effectively market IT offerings.

Education:

-> Recently completed a Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, IT, or a related field.

Skills and Attributes:

-> Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into marketing messages.

-> Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

-> Basic understanding of IT services, SaaS products, or software development lifecycle is a plus.

-> Familiarity with social media platforms, email marketing tools, and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar).

-> Creative thinking with a passion for technology and innovation.

-> Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently and collaboratively.
