Mid-Level QA Engineer

Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Mid-Level QA Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software quality assurance, testing methodologies, and automation tools. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our software products through rigorous testing and collaboration with development teams.

Responsibilities:

-> Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for functional, regression, and performance testing.

-> Identify, document, and track software defects and inconsistencies.

-> Collaborate with developers and product managers to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.

-> Automate test cases using tools like Selenium, JUnit, or similar frameworks.

-> Perform manual testing when required and ensure comprehensive test coverage.

-> Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on testability and quality.

-> Continuously improve QA processes and methodologies.

Requirements:

-> 3-5 years of experience in software quality assurance.

-> Proficiency in manual and automated testing tools.

-> Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.

-> Experience with Agile/Scrum development practices.

-> Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.

-> Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

-> ISTQB or similar certification is a plus.

Education:

-> Recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/IT or a related field.
